CreatorVillage facilitates connections between creatives but is not a party to any agreements made between users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of projects listed. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any collaboration.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or our Community Guidelines. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
CreatorVillage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of CreatorVillage after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
